With your Partner License, learn the CX Diagnostic. The CX Diagnostic is the subset of marketing, sales, and service leadership curves from the main business diagnostic.
You can run it yourself, or on any client.
Step 2: Complete 'Sell Better'
Sell Better is the complete guide to developing a smarter, more effective go-to-market playbook and establishing continuous improvement in your revenue engine.
Marketing and sales consultants will learn how to create lasting shifts in demand and revenue performance which shows demonstrable returns over time.
Now you’re ready to pass your CX Consultant Certification. Doing this will officially issue you the certificate and badge which you can use on social profiles like LinkedIn and add to your website, or marketing materials.
The certification can be ordered online in the Waymaker Store and taken at your leisure. There will be around 50 – 60 multiple choice questions. The exam is non-proctored and has no time limit.
