Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton (15 February 1874 – 5 January 1922) was an Antarctic explorer who led three British expeditions to the Antarctic. His 1914 expedition aboard the Endurance was one of great failure, great couraige and above all – a great lesson in leadership!
